Dynamics GP Support Plans

We support Microsoft Dynamics GP systems across a wide range of industries and organisations. Our certified and experienced team support all types of solutions, from complex and customised ERP to small business financial Dynamics GP systems.
Our support team is committed to knowing your business and understanding your challenges and are backed up by our software development (expert in Dexterity), Dynamics CRM & SharePoint teams.  We have robust and reliable processes in place to ensure issues are responded to quickly and our support plans provide flexibility to be adapted if your requirements change.

Our Partner Support Plans

We offer two Partner Support options but these can be tailored to suit your requirements, for example 24/7/365 support or onsite days:
Option 1: Dynamics GP Support + Our Microsoft Dynamics GP Support + plans are based on usage, so customers can take control over the annual spend.  And customers can use their plan for any type of assistance.  ​
  • Time can be used for non-support related requirements, for example; assistance on reports, modifications or online training
  • Access our user friendly GP Elementz add-ons, free of charge​
  • Decide on the level of support you need each year
Option 2: Dynamics GP Support StandardA standard support plan is where support is charged at a fixed percentage of the original software cost on an annual basis.  This is the traditional method that software support has been provided by many organisations.  Customers receive unlimited support during the year, however it is limited to 'support only' requests.

Customise your plan with additional options

Customers can expand their support plan if their business needs change:
  • On-site or remote consultancy days
  • Add additional support hours during your plan
  • Extended Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • 24/7/365 support
  • Move your system to Azure, Microsoft's cloud platform and include your hosting costs in your support plan, learn more here.

Microsoft Enhancement Cover

A Microsoft Dynamics GP support contract will contain two components; Microsoft Enhancement Cover and Partner Support, these are either quoted combined or separately.  Microsoft Enhancement Cover entitles customers to license upgrades and other Microsoft benefits, Partner Support is the day-to-day support provided by your assigned partner.

How easy is it to change partner?
